Hello, because Avast refuses to be contacted by form or e-mail I place the bug issue over here. Since more than one year ago, the feature for extended scanning and cleaning of the cache is broken. Avast ignores this issue because their bots can’t read screenshots. The extended cleaning function is shown as simple cleaning. It used to work fine for many years though. A deletion and reinstalling of the app doesn’t solve the question. Device is cellphone with android 14. Please advice, thank you.
