It’s sad that I have to use a forum to let management know there is a bug in Easy Pass. Called support three times, and every time all they wanted to do was fix my computer.
On three different computers, in three different locations, right after a weekend of Chrome updates about a week ago, Easy Pass won’t log on to 95% of the saved sites, including this one. Can’t even install a new login since ALT doesn’t work. Have to use IE instead of Chrome.
Sad, I don’t blame the support people in India, I blame stupid management.
There is no way to find how to update on the site, I had to use your link. Under options/versions, when checking for newer updates, it didn’t do anything except show a new update version name, and the current version, ( which showed 0.0.0.0 for me) no links to click on the site for an update and no instructions where to get one. Nowhere can I find where to update the program. Now that it is updated to 7.9.1, the version checking screen is greyed out. How do you set automatic updates?
