Hi,

Sorry for my english 'cause i’m french and the capture are in french ;D

I’ve got a problem to recover my new licence.
my old licence finished 10-12-2013, so Avast give me promotional offer ( 2 years for 2 Personal Computer for 60€ )

I paid with Paypal

I install the new licence so my PC is protect until 2015

But yesterday, i format my PC and i haven’t got the file for the licence and i delete the avast mail with the link to download it again.
i’m looking for the file in avast webpage but i saw that :

so i can’t download the file from this page :frowning:

But i try it yesterday and Avast mail say that my licence is expired but my PC is protected until 2015 :frowning:

Are you using the email you used for your new license you recently purchased?

yeah same mail
'cause i receive and install the new licence file but when i format, i lost this file :frowning:
I create an Avast Nexway ticket too and i wait for answer.

Ensure that your system date (day/month/year) is correct and adjust if required.

If it is correct, ry a repair of avast:
XP - Add Remove programs, select ‘avast! Anti-Virus,’ click the Change/Remove button and select Repair, click next and follow.

Vista, win7 - Control Panel, Programs & Features, uninstall a program, select ‘avast! Anti-Virus,’ click the Uninstall/Change and select Repair, click next and follow.

You may need to reboot after the repair.

I ckeck all my email address i ve got and i finally find the good e-mail ;D
I dont use my first mail.
