Bug of Audio recording

Hi Guys, i have noticed a bug of the “RECORDING AUDIO” function. In practice, if I send the “audio recording command” and by mistake I send the command again without the previous one having finished, the recording no longer works. The command is able to send but no longer receives a reply. (the file audio). There is no way to restart the function correctly. In my case the account is connected to Google Drive. Does anyone have any solutions? Thanks in advance.

Hi, it’s a Huawei P8 Lite with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The comand of recording start, I see the minutes that pass from sending the command but not receiving the file…(1 minute ago, 2 minute ago…8 minutes ago…etc…)…can you help me ?

I have tried also with other devices a samsung j3 and the problem is the same. If i send a audio recording command and than i send a second command without receiving the first one, there is no way to receive the audio. If i restart the device the ommand it works correctly again…

Hi, it seems the team is busy with other tasks, which concern more users than the audio recording bug - we are not always able to fix all issues, so we need to prioritize them according to the amount of users who cope with the problem in question. I am really sorry, but there is no time plan for this bug right now. Let’s hope it will be corrected in some of the future updates (it has been ticketed as a bug, though - meaning we keep it in mind). Thanks for understanding.

I have noticed this issue as well, I have some recordings from last night that I would like very much to retrieve. Would it be possible to get those recordings or will they not be coming at all?

I am having this problem as well and I didn’t start a new recording when the previouse was not over but I sent the command to take a picture while making the recording

Hi, thanks for letting us know. The problem is set in our system as a bug to be resolved, but its priority is too low, so it is being postponed. We will surely get to it once there is time to fix the low-priority tasks, but at the moment we are dealing with more important fixes and improvements, thanks for understanding.

2 years and still you haven’t fix this problem? Its annoyed me too much! I sent for mistake another recording audio before finishing the previous one and now I’m not receiving anymore audio! Fix it please.

My phone is telling me that avast is using my microphone for 9 hours sometimes less on a regular basis. I cant seem to find a recoding function in the app. Is this normal ? My s10 galaxy seems to get very hot as well . Thanks
