Bug Secure Dns Shield?

Hello

When I shut down the shields , and then re-enable them the Secure Dns shield will not restart. It will show a yellow exclamation over the Avast icon in the task bar. I must restart the computer to get the Secure Dns shield going again. Running the latest version of Avast Internet Security 2015.10.0.2208

all other functions work perfectly

I was not referring to secure line, if not the Dns shield
