Please I need help for repair the problem. Thanks.

Hi hasturmetal, welcome to the forum

I have no idea what the problem could be, but I have emailed Petr Kurtin ( the Sandbox Developer ) about this topic

Greetz, Red.

Thanks Red! Ok, I’m waiting. Cheers ;D

I’m coming back few hours later. But I know that my computer is safe with you! Thanks for all Avast! ;D

hasturmetal, when you get the error box, don’t click OK, but launch “Task Manager” (taskmgr.exe), choose “Processes” tab, right-click on “iexplore.exe” process and choose “Create dump file”. Please note that another “iexplore.exe” instance could be running (IE8 uses 1-2 processes) so don’t forget to generate the 2nd dump. Then just compress those 2 dumps and upload them on our ftp, instructions are here: http://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=18.

Thanks a lot!
