Bug with scan log and permissions when trying to move to chest/delete

Not sure whether it’s been reported already… anyway, when you scan a computer under a limited user account and upon completion of the rest there are some virii found in files to which you lack permissions, you open the log, select action on those and click on the Apply, this will report “File not found” error - which is obviously false. XP SP3, latest Avast free 5.0.507.

What is the full path shown in the results window?

Well, it’s IE temporary internet files. So, %HOMEPATH%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files.… It’s definitely a permissions issue, the action succeeds just fine when you log on as Administrator and I verified the files are there.

Well, I’d like to see the whole path - to make sure there are no archives included, for example.

Well no, there are no archives included at all. It’s index[1].htm, flash[1].swf and readme[1].pdf files; I don’t see a way to export the path from the log GUI and pardon me but I won’t retype the entire path here manually.

You can make a screenshot (or let a report file be created)
Anyway, if you’re saying that a restricted user cannot delete files located in other user’s home directory… then I think it might be the correct behavior. I mean, restricted users removing e.g. falsely detected files without the administrators knowledge… might be better to leave it up to more powerful users.
