hey the support team is caring for there costumers.
But you might one of the last ones that got the support from the other company that avast have closed the parting with. i don’t remember there name.

No I believe they tried to get $139 out of you for a years subscription. Plus their 3rd party support contract was terminated some considerable time ago.

There are many such scams constantly doing the rounds. But we need more feedback from the OP rather than speculating further.
