hi dont laugh but i thought i would try another software dont know why as im pleased with avast premier? ANYWAY due to me being a idiot i cannot get rid of bullguard antivirus tried to shred it tried to delete it tried to change administrator but it stops it changing even download unlocking tools and it wont unlock it any help please apart from throwing it out of the window HA HA thanks

hi thanks for the reply but it did not work left it running for 25 minutes just got stuck on 17% would not move.? thanks

Did you try to run the tool in Safe Mode ?

no i did not so i did it in safe mode and its gone. A BIG THANKS TO YOU TWO i will stick with avast and stop tinkering!!!
