My Messenger friend has computer without any protection. Some viruses or other adware etc. full. Not able to install any antivirus or malwareprotection. How insall Avast?

EDIT: When in normal mode friend try install avast, malwarebytes, avira… etc. virus says avast infected etc.

Format and reinstall Windows, if this is for real.
Each of the sites for which there were user names and passwords will need to be contacted and informed, and asked for the accounts to be re-set.
Hope no banking/CC transactions were done on this computer.
