Bypassing Notice to delete or save email message

Hello gang, new to the list, did a search but so many topics came up not sure where to look.
My question is that each time Avast finds a whitespace sequence or other email I get the splash screen that says suspicious message and to delete,block or continue…
My question is how do I get this to automatically block those messages for me without getting the warning and delaying my email.

Open the Internet Mail provider checking, Customize, go to the Heuristic tab of settings and configure the Silent Mode.
