Avast tells me this threat has been secured, but whenever I attempt to close the windowit pops back up!?
Telling me it was infected with URL:Phishing

If you aren’t actually trying to connect to that site with Chrome (?), then there is a high possibility your Chrome browser has a malicious add-on or changed settings trying to connect to that site.
