C:\Users\All Users\Alwil Software\Avast5\log\Setup.log won't stop growing

I have the avast! 5 free version. I can’t get the C:\Users\All Users\Alwil Software\Avast5\log\Setup.log file to shrink to 4.1 MB, even though I set the “Maximum size of each log file” to 4096 KB. It’s now a whopping 28.6 MB in size and goes all the way back to 03/17/2010, the date I installed avast! on my machine. Is there anything I can do to correct this? Thanks…doctorcos

1. Disable self-defence.
2. Delete the file. (Will be rebuilt by avast later)
3. Reboot.
4. Reenable self-defence.
