unp42738674
unp52927930
unp59592756
unp82372002
unp112992570

Yes, you can delete them.
What version of avast! do you use?
Do you have any big archives on your disk? Did you interrupt/kill the scan recently?
Could you please try to identify these files? They are created as temporary files during the scanning of archives (and normally, they should be deleted automatically, of course). So, could you maybe run another disk scan and watch for these files to appear (similar files will be created and deleted during the progress - but some of them may be left).
Do you know of any similar files on your disk? (about that big, packed inside of archives like ZIP, RAR, …)?
If yes, could you try to scan just the specific file/folder to see if a new unpXXX file is left in the TEMP folder?
so, I scanned a 300mb rar file and a new file did not appear in that folder…regardless, i just deleted the files anyway…I needed that space badly…Thanks for all your help anyway Igor!
