CALL BLOCKING doesn't block

Hi, I have a problem with the call blocking, I created a group and added a contact who is annoying me, selected all the days, from 00:00 to 23:59, selected call and sms… I think I did it all, but this contact called me again and my phone rang as usual though. I’m using the free version of AVAST MOBILE SECURITY? Can someone explain me why this contact is not blocked please? Thanks a lot

Please provide more information about the version, device and operating system. Are you sure, that your model is supported for call blocking?

Thanks for your help Svehlak, my phone is XPERIA M, android version 4.3, I think that my phone can support this blocking option because it is proposed in the settings, but only for all the incoming calls

I will try to emulate it; another possibility is bad format of number - did you add the number from call log, contacts or manually?
