Call filtering not working on MotoG

I can’t get call filtering working on my MotoG 4G. I created a group and added the numbers from my contact list. I’ve selected call blocking in and out and all days of the week from 00:00 to 23:59, but calls are getting through. There is nothing on the log to suggest that any calls have been blocked. Any ideas?

Call blocking does not work on some devices (factory ROM), can you please provide information about android OS type, product version and if the device is from vendor (like AT&T branding etc)? Thanks.

Android version is 4.4.4. Which product version did you want? There are various version numbers - baseband, kernel and system, plus build number. The phone was purchased sim-free, but I use it on the Vodafone network (in UK).

Thanks, I meant avast product version. It is working on our Moto G (EU version), so I will try to find out what is the problem, but yes, some devices just do not allow to block any calls.
