I have avast! mobile security on my galaxy tab 10.1, but the wife got hit with this splash screen of Cambridge Police Ecrimes division asking for £100 via a moneytransfer scam, problem is it has locked the device and I’m stuck as to how to get it off the galaxy. all help would be greatly appreciated,
I’ve read other posts on similar , but got no clear indication of direction.
oh, you guys probably refer to this as ransomware.

well, managed to hard reset the bugger, wife will have to hope she can download candy crush again and sync the fecker!
