I’m unable to use my laptop camera and a pop up box tells me to make sure it isn’t being blocked by an antivirus. How do I check if that’s what is happening?

- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?
If avast would block the camera’s software you should get a pop-up from avast that it has detected malware/blocked something.
If not, check the avast log files to see if anything is in it about this.
Which laptop ??? Model and make.
