I have a virus/worm that avast says can not repair.

I have no idea what to do about this…

This is apparently the name of the worm…

Win32:Warezov-MJ [Wrm]

Hi Olivia,

Worms cannot be repaired: select ‘move to chest’ to put the infected files in quarantine (just in case it is a false positive identification).

If this fails to remove the problem, try Ewido anti-malware (now AVG anti-spyware) or DrWeb CureIT! (Note that Ewido requires Win2000 or XP).
