Can anyone help me access my order/subscription

Hi,

I am trying to access my current subscription. I bought a subscription in October 2016 and it is active as I type this. I am trying to access my account via the Avast Customer Portal in order to check my automatic renewal status. However, AVAST doesn’t seem to have my order on record at all. I can not login with the email address nor the Avast Reference ID. It is like the order simply doesn’t exist. Yet, I have a confirmation email from them dating back to October 2016.

I have a reference number and the email address used for the order. I know I need a password as well. I have tried t get my password, but when I enter my email address to recover it, it shows the email address is not on file.

The order went through Cleverbridge.

How can I get into my subscription to review my details and status?
