When Avast does a boot time scan, and finds a virus you have to press a key to remove the virus each time one is found, can Avast be set so everytime a virus is found when doing a boot scan it will auto delete or move them to the chest?

Deletion isn’t really a good first option (you have none left) even in the boot-time scan, ‘first do no harm’ don’t delete, send virus to the chest and investigate.
When you schedule a boot-time scan you can click the Advanced Option and select an action like Send to Chest.
