Can Avast return more details about a website threat?

When I tried to visit this URL: http://www.hacking-tutorial.com/tips-and-trick/privilege-escalation-from-guest-to-administrator-windows7-windows2008/

Avast blocked the site but only show very general info like this

http://i.imgur.com/l7QbKTv.jpg

So I don’t know what is the cause or the script that is harmful.

I also checked on virustotal but there is no negative result at all.

Avast produces the threat for -http://do5p5je931nb0.cloudfront.net also for chrome.exe.
URL:Mal means malcode on URL.

pol

So basically Avast block the site because of the domain but it’s not really an attack like XSS?
