I have some (71) unknown files, wih names like “unp8575”
in the folder:
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP_avast4_
I think that it’s unpacked viruses (gotten via e-mail) that has been moved there.
Can I go to the folder and delete these files?

Yes, you can.
The problem with files being left in temp folder has been already fixed - the update should be released during the next week.
