Hey Guys,
Can I get a check please? My system seems to be running a little slower than usual, and occasionally when loading IE I get, *IE has encountered a problem and needs to shut down." I click okay and then it doesn’t shut down. I did the recommended scans, MBam, AdwCleaner, OTL and aswMBR.
MBam found one trojan and fixed it. And OTL didn’t come up with an Extras.txt, which your guide recommended I post. Why’s that?
I have found for me that WebRep causes the < IE has encountered a problem and needs to shut down >. I leave it installed because I do like its added feature. I do have to temporarily uninstall it to install something like flashplayer, I think it will work with it installed but just do not like doing it that way. Anyway uninstalling WebRep will cause my < IE has encountered a problem and needs to shut down > problem to stop. slybo
