i’m mantra i’m a avast user since v2 , yep w98se and the police siren in the system tray
i recevied an email and now i can’t anymore
just a search and i found it again
i can provide email , password and everthing
i will appreciate to have the same account

If you can logon to my.avast.com using the email and password then you should be able to continue.
Though this may not be possible and would require moderator intervention.
When you installed avast again you would have to have created and linked this Mantra is back account.

As I said/asked, can you can login at my.avast.com ?
I don’t believe that you can actually login at id.avast.com, when you logon at the forums or the my.avast.com account your credentials are validated against id.avast.com.
If so then surely you can link your current installation to that account. Each installation has to be linked/associated to an account and it doesn’t look like your installation is linked to that account.
So I’m somewhat confused as to what is actually going on.
