On my Windows 10 machine I briefly saw an Avast message in bottom right corner of screen indicating blocked email due to virus. I’m sure this message (from a business I deal with regularly) did not have a virus - how can I recover the email? NB: I cannot get the business to repeat the message

You only can if the mail is still on the server.
