I’m a trusting sort NOT, but that’s me I don’t take anything on face value, especially on a first post.

So when someone posts something like this on their first post, I have to wonder if it is, a) site promotion, your user name is the domain name and b) you don’t say why you think that the site would need to be scanned ?

Not to mention avast doesn’t do whole site scans as it is a local system AV solution, which will scan web content in real-time before pages are accessed.

Even if you downloaded the site to your local system to scan it off-line, there is no guarantee that this will match the on-site version if any content management system is used.

I'm even more suspicious when subsequent posts are further advertising the site (link spamming) when that link is unrelated to the content of the post. Even when that site is supposedly mentioning avast as I said I'm a trusting sort.
