Can I use my Outstanding Recommendations on my mobile device?

I have 17 outstanding recommendations on my account and as a valued client I would think that I should be able to use these for any device I own but I am not able to tranfer these to my Android tablet and I am limited to using the free version. Is this going to change? Or do I have to purchase a license for my device?

Brilliant software, never use anything else.
