can no longer run my online video game

For the last 4 days I have not been able to log into my video game. The anti hacking program XIGNCODE shuts game down when trying to log in. 0xE019100B error occurrences This error code occurs from detection of program usage irrelevant to the game. If the problem consists, please contact support@wellbia.com with your xigncode.log file attachment. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

When I shut down Avast i can then log into game. Is there any other option than having to play without Avast running. been playing this game over 1 and half years with no problem till now. please respond before I remove Avast from my computer. Thanks

Hi ballaycat, can you please provide a link to download or play the game, so we can try to reproduce here (with Avast installed)? Please attach also the xigncode.log attachment (generated by the protection). Thank you.

please try to add the executable of the application to the Behavioral Shield exception list.
