Can not double click on avast icon in lower toolbar

HI their I found a bug in Avast 2014 free I just found this out just a few minutes ago when I try to double click on the avast icon on the lower toolbar nothing happens at all. But let me tell you what is weird though I can double click on the avast icon on the desktop and it goes into avast free no problems I can do scans check on settings etc no problem. I also tried to do a left click to make the menu come up on the lower toolbar with my mouse over the avast icon and nothing happens. I would like to now if their is anything I can do to fix this issue or problem.

HI I did rebooted the computer a third time and then I was able to left click my mouse on the lower avast icon in the toolbar and a menu did come up registration, update Shield control etc. I should mention though that this does happen from time to time though and so I am just wondering if this is a bug with avast 2014 free that is all.
