I Can not find email address / link to question billing . How do I contact them. ?

I would hate to put all their and my data online here for any and all to pirate

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Placing your email address in a public forum is likely to be harvested.

I don’t think you can modify you post, but try.

I will try to draw attention to it and have it removed.
