Hi,
My PC crashed and after finaly get it going (after many restarts and many failed system recovery) avast was off and could not be turned on. Did not accept the license file?
I would really like to get cobtact with Avast but they do not reply, not even confirm receipt of my support ticket?? I contacted support 5 hours ago with below message in addition:
Avast does not accept license file with message - license file can not be found. Trust me I do locate the file and do try to feed it into avast. Regret the swedish screen dump but thats what I have.
Vista - 64 bits

- uninstall avast! with http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
- donwnload your avast! version and install it again: http://www.avast.com/download-software
- Insert your license file or try to resend it from http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php
