can not open webpage when using office network

Dear all,

Newbie here and I need help:

I fail to open the website https://healthdata.usm.my/rstudio/auth-sign-in when I am connected to my office network. This happens when AVAST is active. Only when I disabled AVAST, then I could open the website.

Below is the results after I run nslookup when AVAST is ACTIVE (this is when I could not open https://healthdata.usm.my/rstudio/auth-sign-in using my chrome browser)

And below is the result after I run nslookup when AVAST is DISABLED (this is when I could open https://healthdata.usm.my/rstudio/auth-sign-in using my chrome browser)

Have you tried putting the web url into exception list?
