CAN NOT SCAN SCANSANP NEED TO PLACE PASSIVE MODE AND RESTART

muito desagradável ao ter que digitalizar documentos com meu scanner scansnap wifi, tenho que colocar em modo passivo e reiniciar toda vez, depois mudar novamente. Alguém sabe como resolver isso, se tem como deixar habilitado o scaner para que o avast nao o detecte como uma ameaça?
