can NOT stop auto renewal

hey,

i am having trouble canceling my renewal. i have followed this https://www.avast.com/en-us/faq.php?article=AVKB126#artTitle but it does not recognise my password etc.

I have submitted a ticket and the number is #BIB-869-23496 but that was on the 18th with still no answer! So, i have posted this in hope to cancel it because i do not want to have a renewal at this time.

So, please either reply here or better yet to my submitted ticket

update:- ive got into my order via the link but when turn Automatic Renewals to OFF it comes up with this error in waterfox, chrome, internet explorer.

Error:

We are unable to perform the selected action. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It is just 3 days since you posted the ticket.
You should learn to have a little patience.
You are not the only one asking things.

And on what website are you getting that message?
Digital River or Nextway ?
