can not sync because there is no other active device and password restore email

can not sync because there is no other active devices and password rescue email can not be accessed. please help to get more email. I can log in to my password avast account but I have no other active device to confirm sync, and the email that contains for my account recovery can not login because its password is stored in avast paswords.
