I have a new Samsung Galaxy S3 with an android 4.0.4 operating system and is not rooted. I installed avast mobile security and ant-theft. When starting to set up ant-theft, I got the message Verizon Remote Diagnostics is incompatible with avast ant-theft. There was an option to uninstall the anti-theft, but that didn’t work. I’ve been to the knowledgebase, and followed instructions there. Also, unsuccessful. In the forum, one person had to uninstall mobile security first before they could uninstall Theft Aware. Could that be the solution? Any suggestions?
just go to mobile security → settings → Anti-Theft removal wizard it will guide you.
