Can somebody explain whats wrong with the Avast support?

See emails below. Background: Purchased Avast anti-virus Pro. After paying, waited to recieve keycode or similar. Instead, they tried to give me a refund. The first email is in swedish, it just states that they issued a refund (that I never requested). Its still going, just recieved another reply stating the same thing. Anybody experienced this problem before, Avast trying to give you your money back instead of giving you the product you wanted? : ) I bought the product directly from the Avast software (the free anti-virus) so I dont think its a fraud.

Lets do english then, though I hope you can read the original e-mail in

swedish sent from Avast to me : ). Anyways, I ordered and paid for
Avast
anti-virus. Some time afterwards I recieved an email from Avast, saying

that they issued a refund on my request and required bankaccount
details
(not any details that can be used for fraud) to send the money back.
Now, I never really requested the refund and im still waiting to
recieve
a keycode (or something corresponding) so I can use the software.
