Can’t activate Premium with commercial license.

I bought Avast Mobile Premium Voucher (1 Year license) order ID: 16372317528. After submitting key via Voucher button warning say that I should update Google Play because my version does not support purchasing vouchers and subscriptions. Is there another way to insert my license and start using Avast Premium.

Avast, Google Play and Google Play Services are updated.

No, only by voucher button; in case you updated the apps required, is the problem still present?
