Can´t type "@" in email logon to use Grimefighter

Good evening.
Sorry if you don´t understand, i´ll try to express the better I can in english
I don´t know if it is a error of programing o what, but there is no way to type @ to intruduce my email to logon to use grimefigther when its starts before rebooting…
I tried with ctrl alt Q; Alt Gr Q; Alt64 and every way you imagine whitout sucess.
I have a latin american keyboard, and apears over de space to type my email a bar with several signs (including @) that i can´t use.
Please help me, I recently purchased grimefigther because my pc it´s too slow.

Slow can also be caused by installed applications that load at boottime and/or malware.
