I quite understand that if this software was integrated silently in a download (music player… whatever), it could be extremely harmful and called a trojan, but when it’s downloaded as a standalone, it’s just a tool like any other tool. Still, after a scan with Panda Cloud, it’s detected as suspicious, and many other AVs detect it as a trojan on VirusTotal

what’s your opinion?
it’s been deleted ages ago (i.e. after it got detected earlier today), + I never used it so I don’t care, the question remains: is that a trojan by itself yes or no ??? anyone with a detailed answer, thanks 
Looking at CWSandbox Report (link from virustotal page) shows that there is absolutely no cryminal activity (file creation. process creation, network activity etc). So this application looks as clean one.
