cancel auto renewal without order ID

A month ago I registered to get the month-trial VPN.
I must have done so with the wrong email because I never got an order ID (nor I can get it, since it says my email is incorrect when I try to retrieve the order ID).
How could I resolve this?

Thanks for the help, but as I mentioned, I do not have neither, the order ID nor the e-mail address associated to it.
Therefore, none of the solutions that the FAQ website provides apply.
