I´m from Brazil, so i´m sorry my raw english. There was an undue charge after the end of the period of use of the software, I did not authorize the renewal and I uninstalled the software of the notebook besides giving a conflict after the update of the windons that avast no longer recognized me as a user, so after failure to try Repair in which I registered the service with a MasterCard Credit Card the error canceled and uninstalled avast. I had registered a Visa Credit Card initially and now on 12/12/2016 again an undue charge only on the Visa Card through the order numbers 35961421200 and 35961421800. I don´t know how solve this or enter in contact with your representatives in Brazil. Please help.
