i got the free trial for gold and i want to cancel it but everytime i press my subscriptions it says “No subscriptions here yet… But that can be changed!” making me unable to cancel my subscription
Whilst I don’t Use Avast One - using the trial version, essentially you don’t have a subscription as such.
Have you set up a payment mandate which would be actioned at the end of the trial.

Same here. I have a pending for auto renewal. On my account - no subscriptions. All phone number lead to ‘wrong number (I’m only in the UK).
Website goes round and round in circles.
Bank says I must get to Avast first. HOW?
I might push the fraud button???
