don’t understand why there is no section that I can manage on my own so as not to be renewed (or rather create a subscription) after I have finished the trial period. It used to be possible to do this with a chat with an operator; have they removed this convenience, too? WHY???

I don’t have an subscription I did a trial period that started at August and expires in a few days . I want to cancel the renewal before my credit card is charged

Unfortunately, I tried to follow the instructions regarding subscriptions, but my trial period expiring on October 28 does not appear anywhere. No matter what I do, I can’t see it—I have looked everywhere. The instructions provided are insufficient and incomplete for this kind of problem. If it is not possible to contact someone from customer service, the website should have clear instructions on how to cancel the subscription after the trial period.
