I had a problem with my subscription , and, when trying to fix, accidentally purchased a trial subscription. I do not like the yearly subscription I am having problems with. My pay pal account was charged without going to PayPal. You sorry website will not connect to the unsubscribe page. I DOT Ned or want any more the I bought a few months back. I do not want or agree to any other purchase. Either cancel the trial subscription or refund my money IMMEDIATELY! Anyone know what to do?

I have the same problem. I’m at the end off a free trial, want to unsubscribe and none off there links are working.
Can anybody help? I called four times to two different numbers. Two times they hung up the phone, then they said to contact my bank. Last phonecall they said a technician is gonna call me back in one hour. Tha’s like four hours ago. Pleas help. I’ve got until tomorrow before they gonna take money from my acount.
I’ve received two mails with the option to cancel the automatic renewal and none off the things they propose works. It’s like its made like that on purpose. When I fill in there contactoption it keeps saying some field is empty, wich is not.
Give me something pleas. Don’t feel like calling Apu again on the other side off the world.

Nope, doesn’t work. Always say there’s something missing. Tried it even in other languages. It will not send.

They don’t say. The button submit don’t go. Gives message there are empty fields.

I have requested an email confirming this from our distributor (Digital River), which you should receive today. You can continue to use the trial until it expires on Jun/24/2019.
