I have been trying to cancel my auto-renew and the walk-through is useless because all I get is an error saying that my password and order number are incorrect. ALL I WANT TO DO CANCEL THE AUTO-RENEW AND DOWNGRADE BACK TO THE FREE VERSION!! WHY DO THEY HAVE TO MAKE IT SO HARD AND WHY CAN I NOT FIND MY CC INFORMATION TO TAKE IT OFF OF THE SITE? I have submitted tickets but I do not know if they are submitting because I do not get an email and the page refreshes with the information again. Is Avast trying to run off their customer base by make it impossible to get anything done?
