Canceled Auto renewal, Still got charged

About a month ago I canceled my auto renewal. Today I got charged for renewal but when i logged into Digital River my auto renewal was still off. Why was I charged and how do I get my money back? I cant find any way on the site to contact anybody except on forums. Please help, this isn’t right.

Do you have (or had) multiple products from avast installed ?
e.g. av and CleanUp or av and Secureline
Did you had a trial installed ?

I didn’t. I uninstalled everything a while ago. Thanks for the link for the support ticket. I must be blind for not seeing that. Ticket is in now. Thanks for the quick help guys.
