Hello. First time poster here but long time user of Avast. My problem concerns the auto-renewal as I’m looking to turn it off. However, I got rid of the email that had the order number in it as I was under the impression I didn’t need it any more after that. So now, I am looking to get the order number back if possible.

I am sorry to say that isn’t much help as my order wasn’t made by credit card. It was made using Paypal which is tied to my debit card. I tried using my debit card number for the last 5 numbers part but didn’t work.
