Canceling automatic renewals and refund

I have spent over 1 1/2 hours trying to contact Avast and I am down to my last…whatever! Endless loops and blind alleys.

I finally got email contact but could not submit my request because the telephone number was designated “wrong format”. I tried every way I could imagine to supply an acceptable format but was never allowed to send the message.

What is an acceptable format?

How can I contact Avast?

Bar none, this has been the most maddening experience contacting a business that I have ever experienced.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member. New members would have restriction on what they can do. If you are referring to your topic where posted your email address in public forum. I have requested that an administrator remove it.
